Meditation Classes usually contain brief instruction on Postures and Meditation methods, followed by a Calming Meditation and a One-Pointed or Concentration Meditation. Metta Bhavana - Loving-friendliness Meditation - may also be employed as a supplement or in place of one of the other Meditations.
Tuesdays: 6:00 - 7:15 PM (Guided Meditation)
Wednesdays: 6:00 - 7:15 PM (Introduction to Meditation)
Thursdays: 6:00 - 7:15 PM (Unguided Meditation)
Fridays: 9:00 am to 10:30 am (Open Silent Sitting - Come and Go as You Please)
Sundays:
9:15 am to 9:45 am (Buddha Puja and Pali Chanting)
10 am to 11:15 am (Meditation and Dhamma Talk).
You can come for either or both.
Online ( Zoom) Meditation and Dhamma Study Class: Thursday morning at 6:00 am.
