Meditation Classes usually contain brief instruction on postures and Meditation methods, followed by Mindfulness Meditation and Metta Bhavana - Loving-friendliness Meditation.
By performing both Meditations, each class can not only strengthen our Mindfulness and help calm and quiet the mind, but open our hearts to ourselves and the world.
On Sundays, from 10:00 am to approximately 11:30 am, we do a weekly Sunday Service, which includes a Buddha Puja, Pali Chanting, Meditation, and a Dhamma Talk. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha, as we pay homage to the Triple Gem and explore an important Teaching of the Buddha in greater detail. We conduct two periods of Meditation, and have a brief question and answer session.
Tuesdays: 5:00 - 6:15 PM.
Wednesdays: 5:00 - 6:15 PM.
Thursdays: 5:00 - 6:30 PM
Sundays: 10 am to 11:30 AM.
Online ( Zoom) class: Thursday morning at 6:00 am (SL).
