Meditation Classes usually contain brief instruction on Postures and Meditation methods, followed by a Calming Meditation and a One-Pointed or Concentration Meditation. Metta Bhavana - Loving-friendliness Meditation - may also be employed as a supplement or in place of one of the other Meditations.
On Sundays, from 10:00 am to approximately 11:30 am, we conduct a weekly Buddhist Service, which includes a Buddha Puja, Pali Chanting, Meditation, and a Dhamma Talk. This is a wonderful opportunity to more fully connect with the Teachings, and to explore Buddhist Practices in greater detail. We conduct two periods of Meditation, and have a brief question and answer session.
Tuesdays: 5:00 - 6:15 PM.
Wednesdays: 5:00 - 6:15 PM.
Thursdays: 5:00 - 6:30 PM
Sundays: 10 am to 11:45 am.
Online ( Zoom) Meditation and Dhamma Study Class: Thursday morning at 6:00 am.
