Meditation Classes usually contain brief instruction on Postures and Meditation methods, followed by a Calming Meditation and a One-Pointed or Concentration Meditation. Metta Bhavana - Loving-friendliness Meditation - may also be employed as a supplement or in place of one of the other Meditations.
Schedule of Offerings:
Tuesdays: 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM, and 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM (Guided and Unguided Meditation)
Wednesdays: 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM (Guided and Unguided Meditation)
Thursdays: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM (Guided and Unguided Meditation)
Fridays: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Unguided Meditation)
Sundays:
9:15 AM to 9:45 AM (Buddha Puja and Pali Chanting)
10 AM to 11:15 AM (Guided and Unguided Meditation and Dhamma Talk).
You can attend either or both.
Online ( Zoom) Meditation and Dhamma Study Class: Thursday morning at 5:00 AM.
